Ugh Parking Rates Just Went Up At MGM Strip Resorts

I know I sound like a Marxist, but aren't the Las Vegas casinos making enough money that they have to charge EVEN MORE for parking? Yeah, I know that's the norm everywhere else in America (parking in downtown Chicago for our eXp Realty Convention was much more than MGM Resorts' fees). But I've lived in Vegas a long time...and I loved my free parking!!!!!

So here are the new fees if you park your car for two-four hours:

  • $8 for Excaliber, Luxor

  • $12 for the Delano, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, The Mirage, Monte Carlo and New York-New York

  • Circus Circus remains FREE!

If you can get in and out in an hour, it's also free everywhere.

MGM Resorts now has that cool system to let you know what spaces are available and where. But still...

I personally loved what Caesars Entertainment did in the old days. Locals got the first 24 hours FREE. I wish all the resorts on the Strip would honor their locals. After all, who really frequents their casinos when the mercury hits 117?

Thanks for letting me vent.

P.S. If you are unhappy with your Zestimate, contact me.

P.P.S. Here is a link to listed homes  in walking distance of the Strip so you don't have to drive!!!!!
